Service Description
New to Lagree? Or a regular that wants to dive a little deeper into the Lagree method and perfection form, alignment and tempo? Our Lagree Basics class will offer the standard Lagree 50 minute, Full Body, High Intensity, Low Impact, Class - however we will stick to more classic exercises and easier to follow transitions. Ideal if you want to start or if you just want to go "back to basics" every now and then and perfection your technique! Please note that Lagree is a challenging workout that is strength and core based. Grip Socks, Sweat Towel and Water are essential for all classes.

Please remember to bring GripSocks (available for purchase) and a Sweat-Towel (available for Rent). We have a strict no late-entry policy due to security reasons. Doors will be locked after starting time and late access can not be permitted As a regular client PLEASE ARRIVE AT LEAST 5 MIN. PRIOR TO CLASS TIME; first timers 10 - 15 min. If you do not show up for your reserved spot on time, it may be given to a Standby or waitlisted client. Booking is essential, because we have limited spots/machines. Please book via our website or directly via App. Cancellation policy: If you should fail to cancel your appointment within 12 hours before class you will be fully charged or a session will be deducted from your package. We only have limited capacity and appreciate your Fair Play.
